Fabric Letters
Fabric design letters are the most unique style option that Letters by Linda offers. These pieces allow for a sense of individuality and a distinct textured appearance through the use of colours, patterns and textures. We give you the freedom to have these options left to your discretion, providing you with the opportunity to create a genuinely outside-the-box piece.
To bring our fabric design letters to life we take your chosen fabric combining it on your preferred wood letter. Our available selections of 100% cotton fabrics include basic colours and patterns, as well as licensed patterns. Premium fabrics are also available for even more variety. From simple, to bold, to trendy and even textured designs, we give you the ability to display your artistic expressions freely.
*Note: an additional charge of $5.00 is applicable to all licensed patterns and premium fabrics.*
When you are ready to begin visit us online at our Etsy shop. There you can make your letter selection and place your order. We will then have you provide us with any examples of colours, patterns or textures from which you want us to draw inspiration.

(Note: not all fabrics can be utilized well and alternatives may be recommended) -
Whether you would like hanging hardware added to your piece for an additional charge of $1.00.
Our Process
At the time of ordering you will need to make your letter selections and quantities and provide any additional notes that may apply to your order. Following your order submission, you will be contacted so that you can provide any colour, pattern and fabric examples from which you’d like us to draw inspiration. Orders of multiple letters will also be asked to upload any examples for each letter in a separate, labelled folder.
In the course of our process:

The examples you provided will be examined and matched to our available stock as closely as possible and then presented to you for approval. (Note: fabric selections that cannot be utilized well will be discussed with you and possible alternatives recommended).

We will prepare your preferred fabric selection for use to ensure your finished piece will be as pristine as possible.

Your preferred selection will be finalized and then prepared for shipping.
Orders can take up to 3 weeks to complete from the date of final design approval, and typically take between 1-7 days to ship. Shorter production and shipping time frames are not guaranteed and are dependant upon product availability and order workload. Once your order is completed you will be notified and provided confirmation of shipment.
